Shipping Options

Canada

We offer reliable shipping for all Canada domestic orders. Choose from a variety of delivery methods to best suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Delivered via UPS Ground or other reliable carriers.
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Choose expedited shipping for quicker delivery at an additional cost.
  • PO Box & Military Orders: We also accommodate PO Box and military address deliveries, although please note that delivery times may vary.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over [$10] within the GTA.

International Orders

Currently, we do not accept international orders. We are focusing on U.S. domestic shipping for now, and apologize for the inconvenience.

Order Processing Time

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.

Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM CST will be processed the following Monday or the next business day.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate before completing the order. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery costs. We are not liable for lost or misdirected packages caused by incorrect address information.

Once an order is submitted, no edits or cancellations can be made. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the provided shipping address. In the case of a lost or stolen package, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to assist with the investigation.

If the carrier confirms the package was delivered, no refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued. We encourage you to double-check your shipping information to prevent these issues.

Damaged or Missing Products

Although rare, sometimes items may be damaged or missing due to transit conditions. We recommend inspecting your package as soon as it arrives. If you find any items are damaged or missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We require photo evidence to support your claim.

If any product is missing or damaged, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a store credit.

Items Not in Stock

Due to high demand, some items may be temporarily out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will ship any available items and issue a store credit for out-of-stock items. We will do our best to restock and ship the missing items as soon as they become available.
