No, there is no minimum purchase requirement. We build Full Pallets, Gaylords, and Box Lots, allowing for flexible transactions. Lot values range from $50 to over $20,000.
MSRP stands for Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price, the price recommended by the manufacturer for retail sale. It helps standardize pricing but is not always the price consumers pay.
Our prices are fixed and cannot be negotiated. If a product remains unsold for a few weeks, a price drop may be applied. Check our website for items with price reductions.
Yes, creating an account is required to place an order on Deals 411. Click on “Sign Up” at the top right corner of the webpage.
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac e-transfer, and wire transfer. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Detailed manifests and photos are provided on each lot’s page. For additional product information, we recommend checking the manufacturer’s website.
We strive for accuracy in our manifests. There may be minor discrepancies for larger lots, but overall value should remain consistent. Report any discrepancies exceeding 5% (20% for Returns) within 15 days of receipt.
We do not have a physical store, and lots are not available for on-site inspection due to security reasons. All purchases are conducted online.
To access the manifest for a purchased lot, type our web address followed by your lot number (e.g., www.deals411.com/XXXX).
All products are sold exclusively in lots on our marketplace, and we do not operate a retail store or private sales outside of our website.
Popular items sell quickly, and lots cannot be reserved in the cart. We recommend checking out as soon as possible.

New lots are listed Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 4 PM ET.
We send notifications about new arrivals and price drops almost every weekday. You can customize your preferences or unsubscribe at any time.
CONDITIONS
We offer products in six conditions:
– Brand New: Never sold, factory sealed.
– Like New: Never sold, may have damaged packaging.
– Refurbished: Fully functional, minor cosmetic signs of use.
– Returns: Customer returns, condition unknown, may have defects.
– Scratch & Dent: Cosmetic damages, typically functional.
– Salvage: Defective or damaged, sold as-is for parts or repair.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping costs are calculated in your cart based on location, weight, and dimensions of selected items.
Yes, for orders of more than four pallets or gaylords, you can request a shipping quote after purchasing lots as pickup.
We ship to any Canadian address using UPS for boxes and LTL carriers for pallets and gaylords. And Internationally through shipping companies.
Estimated delivery is 2-7 business days in Quebec, 3-10 days in Ontario, and 7-15 days elsewhere in Canada, and up to 90 days internationally.
Yes, but you must ensure compliance with export regulations and cover any applicable import fees. We do ship outside Canada for extra costs.
Tracking numbers are provided for boxes, pallets, and gaylords. There is no tracking for truckload orders.
Schedule a pick-up appointment via email after placing your order. Bring a copy of your invoice and photo ID. Orders can be held for up to five working days before a cancellation and restocking fee may apply.
Yes, you can wait up to five business days to combine orders, after which a cancellation fee may apply.
REFUNDS & CLAIMS
Yes, but a 10% restocking fee applies to all cancelled orders.
All sales are final. If you encounter issues, notify us within 15 days of receiving the merchandise.
Store credits are valid for 12 months and can be used on any order. They cannot be converted to cash and will be applied automatically at checkout.
